When we collect all the Customer Data and make CSI calls for your Dealership, you may add
a variety of other services.
We offer, but are not limited to:
- We can send letters and/or e-mails to all your customers that did not purchase an extended service agreement with the vehicle.
- We can send letters and/or e-mails to your customers asking them "Back To Your Dealership" to trade in their vehicle
for a new one.
- We can call customers whose vehicles are included in a manufacturer recall to bring business into "Your Dealership".
- We can setup new owner service clinics for your service department, and notify your customers by letter and/or e-mail.
This keeps "Your Customers" yours.
- We can mail and/or e-mail your customers a variety of notices, including money saving service coupons and reminders.
- We also do media surveys that tell you which radio and television stations your customers use. These are reported to you by make
and model. This vital information can be used to measure advertising effectiveness or to sell specific makes and models.
- We can provide your sales desk with an online interactive up log. We call your missed opportunities in real time and report hot leads
back to the Sales Desk immediately.
- We e-mail daily reports to dealer principals and managers recapping the previous day's survey results, including:
number of calls made, number of satisfied/not satisfied customers, wrong phone numbers and customers requiring action.
