"Dealership Services, Inc. is a service provider to the Auto Dealership industry, specializing in the gathering, analysis and delivery of data that helps grow sales and cut costs. Our service works with all customers in the new, pre-owned and mechanical departments of a dealership. Using a combination of honed data mining methods, in conjunction with survey telemarketing services, we help our clients understand the data we gather and use it to raise CSI scores."

The owner, Gene Caouette, aka "Mr. Database", is a Tulsa, Oklahoma native who has a "hands-on", "results oriented" way of doing business.  He enjoys developing business relationships with a personal touch.

Prior to forming Dealership Services, Inc., Gene started his career in the Automotive industry working for both domestic and import dealerships as a Sales Representative, F&I Manager and Sales Manager. He was the recipient of numerous awards during the period of 1976 through 1994.

Over the years Gene's database of customers grew and he recognized the industry's need for management of this valuable and sensitive data. Using his experience and his own customer data, he was able to develop a system tailored to the Automotive Dealership vertical market. One design led to another and in 1993 Dealership Management Systems was formed. The response was overwhelming and in 1996 Dealership Services was incorporated.

Today, Dealership Services, Inc. is second to none helping dealerships achieve higher CSI scores nationwide.
